We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to join our Customer Relations team in Thrissur. The role involves managing client portfolios for our WhatsApp Chatbot service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring seamless adoption of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine interpersonal excellence with technical awareness to drive satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication (calls, emails, meetings).
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with business goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer support, including troubleshooting and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address client needs and identify new opportunities.
- Create and execute customer success plans to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct periodic business reviews to track client outcomes and optimize solution usage.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to guide product development and marketing strategies.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or certifications in Python/AI.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer-facing or technical support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies.
- Female candidates below 35 years preferred.
