LuLu Al Khor Mall is the first and biggest shopping center in Al Khor, Qatar and it covers over 55,000 square meters. With more than 100 outlets it reflects Arabic architectural charm while follows international standards. The mall offers a complete lifestyle experience—shopping, dining, entertainment, and leisure—all under one roof. Owned by LuLu Group International, a global retail leader, the mall is a real landmark for convenience, culture and community participation in Qatar.

Project Overview

Ginger Affordable Solutions partnered with LuLu Al Khor Mall to boost its digital footprint, especially through social media management on Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. The aim was to turn the mall’s online presence into vibrant spaces that reflect its dynamic in-mall experience. Our team developed a content strategy focused on visual storytelling, event highlights and audience engagement. Each platform was tailored to its unique audience— Instagram for aesthetic appeal and lifestyle visuals, Facebook for community updates and promotions, and Snapchat for real-time engagement and interactive campaigns.

The collaboration resulted in a cohesive social media identity that mirrors the mall’s lively atmosphere. Engagement rated increased significantly up noticeably, with people reacting to the creative campaigns, the festive promotions, and interactive stories.
