A growth-oriented role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales team to promote services, generate leads, and achieve business targets through strategic communication and market outreach.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote products and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  6. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  7. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and business prospects.
  8. Negotiate and close deals with clients effectively.

 

Qualification & Experience

  1. MBA or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Knowledge of sales principles and client handling techniques.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
